Standard delivery to an address of your choice is £6.99. Orders placed will be processed on the same day if received by 3pm -we use TNT who deliver them very quickly Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to arrive. Most turn up in 24 hours.
HOW IS MY ORDER DELIVERED?
Your parcel will be delivered by TNT. If we’re unable to deliver an item to you, or a neighbour, your item will be returned to your local office for you to collect, or to arrange a re-delivery.
Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
We’ll do our best to send you your whole order in one bundle, however very occasionally we may have to fulfil items from two locations. This may result in more than one delivery dispatched separately from different locations.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to arrive. Please note that if an order is placed outside of business hours (Monday to Friday between 09.00 and 17.30 excluding Bank Holidays) your order will processed on the next working day.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I return an order or item?
We want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible for you. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase you may return it to us by post within 14 days of receipt. This is extended to 14th January during the Christmas period (From November 25th)
All items must be returned in the condition they were sold, unworn. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods. We will not be able to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Please do not damage the box by sticking tape or anything else to it and please return the cotton bag and shoe horn that comes with the product. If the we cannot use the box or any item is missing we will deduct £10 from your refund.
At the moment we cannot offer you a returns service so please return via Royal Mail in the original packaging:

If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, we will refund your delivery charge and any delivery cost incurred in returning the item to us.

We will process your refund within 48 Hours of receiving your return. We abide by the distance selling rules and will refund the cost of postage of delivery on request.
If you wish to exchange an item then please place a fresh order and return the original item to us as we do not yet have a swanky exchange process. We will refund the cost of returning the item to us up to a value of £5.
