Well it’s been a furious few months for LSQ. We have been developing new product groups for the brand which are currently being made in to samples for our agents and for the upcoming shows in Paris and Milan. I spent a little time with the Agents this week at the Birmingham shoe MODA at the NEC, updating them with what to expect over the coming weeks.
So what’s new at LSQ?
Well, we are developing a new sports line. This will be a tight collection of lace to toe, cup soled shoes in nubuck and leather, stitched edges and seven eyelets with a flat lace. Fully leather lined as all of our shoes are, they are definitely more Louis Vuitton that Converse! These designer sneakers will retail around the £100 and will be available to buy for Feb 1 delivery 2017. Here is a sneak preview of one of the CADs from the styles developed by me and Blake. The development will be called ‘Scandal’
Of course you know they are just going to look the business with folded edges and a high density, leather covered insole! Bang on trend too. We have veered away from making some of the more garish high tops that you would normally associate with Balenciaga or Zanotti, preferring to concentrate on more commercial low top that will sit nicely alongside our current collections.
New Leather Sole
We have been listening to our customers and agents and are introducing a leather soled version of our most popular thick sole for shoes such as Noble and Earl. We will be making versions of these styles on the new sole alongside some new suede versions. Take Earl Crepe and Noble Crepe and imagine them in beige, peacock and wood suede and you get the idea. Just a bit of evolution to add some spice to the ranges!
We will be showing our new collections in Paris and Milan this September with an all new stand in a shocking red colour. Well we have to stand out from the crowd right!? For Milan we will be in Hall 4 – Stand K01 so if you are going then please come and see us. Also if you would like an invitation and you have not had one yet then please drop me a line via the contact page – we have invested heavily in the show so it would be great to see you there! This is the stand so you won’t be able to miss it! 🙂 Take a look at the Exhibitions tab in the menu for more.
if you have not yet seen the new collections and you can’t make the shows then please let your agent know and we will be very happy to bring them out to you. 2016 is going to be a big year for the brand as we make inroads in to the independent footwear sector so please don’t miss out – give us a call or contact us today!
